there’s something about the pacing of the voice here that feels like it’s made just for my mind it moves slowly enough to let me catch up but not so slow that i get impatient the breathing prompts are easy to follow and always calm my body the background sounds fade into the perfect rhythm i’ve started sleeping better, but i’ve also started waking up with more energy and a clearer head
